Ri-Cipe: I’ll-Buy-No Mac!

This RiCipe lacks color (hence, its name)
Super quick if you use pre-made ingredients. You could even put them into a baking dish with shredded cheese and heat everything up in the oven (add milk to the shells if you do this)
Ingredients
•Annie’s White Cheddar Shells (prepared as directed)
•olive oil
•1T butter
•2C leftover roasted cauliflower
•2 chicken tenderloins (if you so desire)
•salt, [white] ground pepper, and garlic powder to taste

1. Wash your chicken and season with s/p/gp
2. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan and brown chicken. Add about 1T water, cover and let cook through. Cut into bite sized pieces when cooked
3. Melt butter in a pan and add (fully cooked) cauliflower. Season to taste
(I did this after my chicken finished cooking and had one less pan to wash)
4. Layer or mix it all together and serve!
