First RiCipe of 2013!

Ricipe 1/4/2013

Breakfast Croissant
Quick and delicious weekday breakfast that can go with you to school or work!
What you need:
One croissant
One slice of bacon
One egg
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder
Shredded cheese~Optional
Cook one piece of bacon in a small frying pan. Remove and discard excess grease.
Mix an egg with a teaspoon of cold water and season with s/p/g to taste. Add egg to same frying pan at medium-low heat. Let it cook then sprinkle cheese on half. Gently fold the side w/o cheese over and remove from heat.
Split the croissant and add the egg, crumbled up bacon, and a few slices of avocado.
Serve with fruit and have a terrific day!
